In occasione della Giornata Mondiale della Felicità (20 marzo), per Uber Eats la biologa nutrizionista Sara Cordara, specialista in scienza dell’alimentazione e nutrizione sportiva, rivela i dieci cibi che possono svoltare il nostro umore.

È proprio lui, il cioccolato fondente, il vero cibo del buonumore, un antidepressivo naturale: il suo aroma incantevole, misto al suo contenuto in triptofano e teobromina, ci trasportano subito in un mondo più sereno, stimolando le endorfine e aumentando la produzione di serotonina, il famoso ormone della felicità.
La frutta secca, come noci, mandorle e nocciole, ricchi di vitamina B1, acido folico e zinco, combattono gli stati depressivi.
Il pesce azzurro (alici, sardine, acciughe), ricco di omega 3, influenza lo sviluppo del sistema nervoso e il rilascio di serotonina e dopamina, l’ormone dell’euforia.
