1) Tenere al caldo naso e gola: l’obiettivo è quello di portare calore e flusso di sangue alle stazioni immunitarie (il primo blocco difensivo) e di scaldare l’aria che inspiriamo per non far paralizzare i peli.

2) Scoprirsi quando siamo al chiuso: sudare per poi prendere di nuovo freddo quando si esce non è un buon modo per sfuggire dalle malattie da raffreddamento.

3) Aumentare il calore: mangiare e bere minestre, brodi, the e infusi per aumentare il calore interno. Il calore, infatti, è il killer di virus e batteri; per questo il corpo si difende da questi con la febbre.

4) Bere acqua, limone, miele e zenzero: per una sferzata d’energia, bevanda utilissima per disinfettare e lenire la gola

5) Utilizzare l’olio di mandorle: 2-3 gocce nel naso, per aiutare a prevenire irritazioni e secchezza della mucosa nasale.

Se invece l’influenza ci ha già colpiti e febbre e raffreddore ci debilitano, di seguito ecco alcuni rimedi naturali ed economici.
6) Bere un a tisana al tiglio: il tiglio è 'febbrifugo', fa abbassare la febbre, facilita l’espettorazione e la respirazione. È consigliato fare un infuso di 1 cucchiaio di foglie di tiglio in 1 tazza d’acqua calda a 70° per 5-7 minuti, poi filtrare e bere. Ripetere più volte al giorno.

7) Assumere miele di tiglio: il miele è un prezioso alimento dalle molteplici proprietà benefiche; quello di tiglio favorisce la riduzione del mal di gola e della spossatezza, grazie al contenuto glucidico.
