Sì a frutta secca e cruditè: "Se si hanno momenti di fame da ansia tenete a disposizione frutta secca o cruditè, oppure della soia tostata, le arachidi in guscio o i semi zucca tostati e ancora con la buccia in modo da dover impiegare del tempo per mangiarli. Sì a verdure crude e cereali: "Iniziare i pasti sempre con insalata o verdure crude, poi scegliete cereali a basso indice glicemico alternandoli con quelli senza glutine come il grano saraceno, la quinoa, il riso basmati o riso nero, il riso integrale, il miglio, l’avena, oppure pasta integrale o prodotta con grani antichi. Consumare il carboidrato complesso massimo 2-3 volte a settimana, abbinato a verdure e proteine, aspetto che aiuta a ridurre il quantitativo di cereale utilizzato oltre ad aumentare il senso di sazietà. Utilizzate condimenti senza soffritti e grassi animali, mantenendo però il sapore e il gusto. Sì all’olio Evo: "Per i condimenti sì all’olio extravergine di oliva, limone, aceto di mele, aceto balsamico soltanto quello senza zuccheri, caramello e coloranti. Non utilizzate salse tipo maionese o ketchup ma preparate delle salse fatte eventualmente con yogurt o kefir. Ammessa la senape di alta qualità in quantità moderata". Foto Pexel.com
No agli zuccheri: "Riduciamo l’apporto di zuccheri nell’arco della giornata, quindi carboidrati sia semplici che complessi. Utilizzare zucchero di cocco al posto del saccarosio può essere un modo oppure usare piccole quantità di miele, consiglio quello di acacia o di castagno.
